Which tarpaulin product is best for truck covers?

Our PVC Truck Cover (PVC卡车罩) and PVC Knife-Scraped Fabric series are specifically engineered for truck and logistics applications. They feature 100% waterproofing, high tear strength, and anti-UV coating to withstand highway conditions. We support custom sizing by truck model, with reinforced edges and metal eyelets as standard options.

How long does sample production take?

Standard samples based on existing specifications are typically ready within 3-5 business days. Fully customized samples requiring new material sourcing or tooling may take 7-15 business days depending on complexity. We will provide a clear timeline after reviewing your technical requirements. Sample shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer; fees may be refunded upon placing a bulk order.

Can you print our logo or custom patterns on the fabric?

Yes. We support custom pattern printing and logo application on PVC and PE tarpaulins. Please provide your artwork file (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG preferred) and specify the print area and color requirements. Our team will confirm print feasibility and provide a visual proof before production begins. Minimum order quantities apply for printed products.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category. For standard tarpaulin rolls, the typical MOQ is 500-1,000 kg or one full production roll. For cut-to-size or finished products (e.g., truck covers, pond liners), MOQ is generally 50-100 pieces. Custom OEM orders may have higher MOQs depending on material and process complexity. Please contact us with your specific product and quantity for an accurate MOQ confirmation.

How do I get a formal quotation?

To receive a formal quotation, please provide the following information via email or phone:

  • Product name / category and intended application
  • Specifications: size, weight (GSM), color, quantity
  • Destination port / country for shipping cost estimation

We typically issue a formal quotation within 1-2 business days.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the standard payment method. The typical arrangement is 30% deposit upon contract signing, with the 70% balance paid before shipment after passing quality inspection. For long-term partners with established credit, alternative arrangements such as L/C (Letter of Credit) may be discussed. All transactions are conducted in USD.

Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on order volume and are open to framework agreements for long-term purchasing partners. What is the typical production lead time?

Standard products with existing stock or minimal customization typically ship within 7-15 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom OEM/ODM orders generally require 20-35 business days depending on order complexity and volume. We maintain 3 full production lines and 36 sets of processing equipment to support high-volume and urgent orders. A confirmed production schedule will be provided after order placement.

Which countries and ports do you ship to?

We export to more than 20 countries worldwide, with major markets in North America (USA, Canada), Europe (UK, France, Germany), South America, and Asia (Japan and Southeast Asia). Goods are typically shipped from Qingdao Port or Tianjin Port via sea freight (FCL/LCL), with air freight available for urgent small orders. We can provide FOB, CIF, or CFR terms based on your preference.

How is quality verified before shipment?

We implement a strict full-process quality control system with dedicated QA/QC personnel on-site throughout production. Key checkpoints include raw material inspection, in-process production monitoring, finished product testing (waterproof, tear resistance, UV resistance, fire retardancy), and pre-shipment final inspection. We provide inspection reports and photos upon request. Third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, BV) can be arranged at the buyer's request.
